Born Jacqueline Matubia Mwangi, Jackie Matubia is a household name to fans and enthusiasts of Kenya's entertainment industry. Jackie was raised in the UK with her dad for most of her early life and partly in Kenya with her mom.

She’s been a part of the industry for more than ten years, gaining recognition through her role as Jolene in the popular high school drama series, Tahidi High. Her roles in Tahidi High, Zora, and Loop put her in the limelight.

Jackie is blessed with two beautiful daughters, Zari and Zendaya. She was blessed with her firstborn daughter, Zari from her marriage with former husband, Kennedy Njogu, popularly known as Nyongz. Jacky is currently married to fellow actor Blessings Lungaho, with whom she fell in love whilst working together, and now share a beautiful daughter, Zendaya.
