New shows
Sumbua Sacco S 1 – Starts Friday 7 February at 7:30 pm
This show explores the crazy drama of the Nairobi matatu culture through the eyes of a hardened and brave couple, Osoro and Awinja. They run a matatu business together in Lumumba Estate, with the husband as the driver and the wife as the conductor. It explores the themes of marriage, survival, and the hustle, all with a heavy dose of humour, and light-hearted moments. Be sure to catch the show when it premieres on 7 February at 7:30 pm.
Sarabi S 1 – Starts Monday 26 February at 7:30 pm
This locally produced drama is set on a coffee farm called Vuno Zuri. It is a story about a love that endures beyond the ravages of time, a love that is lost and then found, a love whose secrets will bring together and then tear part those it touches. It delves into the themes of love and heritage, and it promises to captivate your mind.
Movies
As per the tradition every year, Maisha Magic showcases the Multichoice Talent Factory (MTF) movies. They will be screened on the following dates:
Deadbeat – Sunday 9 February at 9:30 pm
Immersive Alarm – Sunday 16 February at 9:30 pm
